H♥ppy Labor Day Everyone!

Woohoo!!! It is Labor Day tomorrow! It is always joyful to have an extra day off work. No more Monday blues but instead an extra day to spend with family, go camping, arranging the furniture, and more scrapping!!! I have been making something this long weekend and hopefully be able to post it here soon. I promise it will be something practical but at the same time it will be gorgeous!

I will just post some scrapping of my neice made on 6 x 6 paper.... It is always ideal to scrap on smaller size paper when the photo is small or you want a less complicated design. Maybe the saying "less is more" is applicable here!

Both of the layouts below are created with just four products. With the same products you can play around and make a totally different look! It is not hard..believe me!

Recycling old C♥lendar

Just when you are about to throw away an old calendar...think again! You might want to recycle it. I took away those calendar pages and start twisting a red ribbon around the top edge to cover those ugly holes.....

Then you can start to scrap anything you want on it!

I create a concept of Superdad and Supermom on both side but with two different themes. For Superdad, I use a more neutral color tone which is blue and white but add some purple colored paper on the bottom to create a more vibrant look. White flowers are a better choice and I use glitter to bring out the petals on the flower.

As for Supermom, I chose a more feminine color theme which is pink. Flowers, butterfly, crystals and glitter are something you can never go wrong if you desire a more feminine look. It is perfect as a decoration in your bedroom or living r♥♥m!

Pink ♥ sparkle

makes me happy. That is why my office is decorated in my favorite baby pink and lot of Swarovski flat back bling bling on my laptop! It makes my work look a little bit less complicated and makes me a more cheerful person ♥♥

In order not to spoil your laptop's surface, use Mini Glue Dots to stick those tiny Swarovski flat back rhinestones on your laptop. For one glue dot, you can split it into 3-4 tinier dots. It can be easily removed without stain when you change your mind on the design or when u made some tiny mistakes ^-^

I personally ♥♥♥ glitters. I l♥ve it so much that I have to use it on my almost all of my scrapping. It makes my creation sparkle I almost have a hard time photographing it!
