Where is everyone? I hope you are just busy beginning of the week and will come back and leave some comments soon! Or even better your layout or card design!! This week has been a hectic one for us too. A lot of planning for the baby. We got all set up to do her wall paper and then noticed we only had half as much wallpaper as we needed :( Oh well, I suppose its a good thing we checked before mixing the paste. Just lucky I suppose. I cannot wait to see the room all finished. At the mean time, here is a little card I made for my hubby for his upcoming birthday!! Hope he likes it!

Hi Everyone,

Today was our first baby class! It was fun to learn all about how my daughter will be born and a little bit scary too. It all seems worth it when I imagine my little girl being born and the doctor laying her on my chest for the first time. So this week's layout features the first pictures of our daughter (sort of). It kind of inspire me to make this week's layout with my tummy photo I took in Alaska. I hope you guys love it. If you want to enter our contest with a layout of your own, the process is the same.

1. Make a layout OR a card based on the sketch given on every Monday (layout sketch) and every Thursday (card Sketch). Designs are open to your own interpretation but they have to be recognizable.

2. Upload your design(s) on your blog or gallery and post a link of your design on the comment area of the BearyBox blog before 12pm Sunday afternoon, Pacific Standard Time. There is no limit on how many designs you can submit!

3. The winner will be judged by our Design Teams and the final selection will be made by BearyBox based on their votes.

Time for a Vacation

Hi Everyone. Well, my husband and I decided to take this week to go on our honeymoon. Its been a year and a half since our wedding and we decided that we had better do it now before the baby is born or we might never get our chance. So, all this week we will be cruising from Vancouver, BC up to Alaska and taking lots of pics along the way. Watch for them in future layouts.

So this means that we won't have a layout for this week. We will resume next week with a new layout and we will have a new challenge winner.

The weather is smiling on us here in California! The last weekend was the perfect day to hangout at the beach, do some gardening and shopping for outdoor furniture! Happy Belated Easter everyone!! I believe all of you enjoyed your egg hunting weekend. I had a great weekend baby shopping with hubby and mother in law. What a weekend!!! Spent the whole Sunday shopping around Santa Monica. It was a nice warm sunny day perfect for a day strolling outside. Therefore I cannot retrieve layout sketch #18 from the network for now. I will try to upload it as soon as I get the sketch picture from one of my design team member. Card Sketch Challenge #12

This week you will not see a card design from one of our designers, Cindy. I was informed that her area is suffering an ice storm. There is a shortage of power, gas and food so she is trying hard to keep herself and her family warm and safe back there. So let's just hope everything will be fine for her. I believe the National Guard and FEMA are trying hard to keep everything under control.

Back to the good news, Shirley from the Layout Design Team is also joining the Card Design Team to share with us more of her talent. So you will be seeing two of her fabulous designs every week! While this week's sketch is fairly simple, I saw many great designs here so join in the fun and show us what you have got!

1. Make a layout OR a card based on the sketch given on every Monday (layout sketch) and every Thursday (card Sketch). Designs are open to your own interpretation but they have to be recognizable.

2. Upload your design(s) on your blog or gallery and post a link of your design on the comment area of the BearyBox blog before 12pm Sunday afternoon, Pacific Standard Time. There is no limit on how many designs you can submit!

3. The winner will be judged by our Design Teams and the final selection will be made by BearyBox based on their votes.

4. The winner will be announced on every Monday.

Submission of a photo entitles BearyBox to use of said photo in future publications or promotions without payment to the artist. Each comment with a link posted counts as one entry. Entries must be submitted via posting in the comment section of the BearyBox blog. One winner will be chosen every week. BearyBox reserves the sole right to choose contest winners and to disqualify any entries without prior notice. The gift certificate is given as an exclussive coupon code to be used for one purchase at http://www.bearybox.com/. It is valid towards the cost of goods only and may not be used to pay for tax or shipping. It is not redeemable for cash. The coupon is good for one purchase only. If the the coupon is used for a purchase totaling less than $15, then the balance value will be forfeit. The coupon code will expire 6 months from the date of issue. First of all, to those of you who are celebrating Chinese New Year, I wish you Gong Xi Fa Chai!! A little update, yesterday we went to C.H.A. tradeshow in Anaheim and I didn't think that we would be spending the whole day in the show, but OMG!! The show is huge guys and extremely exhausting. After hours of walking an talking at least it is was more than worth it. We didn't take a lot of pics because we were busy chatting with manufacturers and examining new products! My legs are extremely sore now, but I still have to blog away and show you guys some nice layouts from our design team members.

We are heading to down Aneheim this Saturday. I am extremely excited except for the 3 hours ride. If you are going too, forget your favourite high heels and opt for your flat comfortable flats instead. Also remember to have your favourite drink with you all the time!
